• Once you reach 20 reviews, we will contact you to receive a special gift
• Your reviews can be positive or negative, but make sure they are informative (Random Receipt Check - You may be asked to provide a purchase receipt for the product you reviewed. Failure to do so will result in disqualification from winning the valuable gift.)

• Keyword search: Type the name of the product in the search box, and if the application doesn't find it, click the + button to add the product.

• Earn 1 point for every product added.
• You can check the number of products added by clicking on your profile picture or profile -> Added products.

 Reach 50 points by adding or reviewing products either or and receive 50AED in cash.

• T&C : All the above can be applied once every quarter. The same user cannot receive 50aed or a gift value more than one time in every quarter. terms and conditions (T&C) for users in relation to rewards

Eligibility: All users are eligible to participate in the rewards program, subject to the following conditions:

a. Users can participate once every quarter (three-month period) only.

b. Users must provide authentic ratings and reviews based on their genuine experience with the product.

c. Random checks may be conducted to verify proof of purchase or product usage when rating and reviewing.

Reward Redemption: Upon meeting the eligibility criteria, users may be eligible to receive rewards as determined by the program guidelines.

Disqualification: Users may be disqualified from the rewards program if they are found to have provided fake, misleading, or fraudulent ratings and reviews, or if they fail to comply with the eligibility criteria stated in these terms and conditions.

Moderation: All ratings and reviews submitted by users are subject to moderation, and the company reserves the right to reject or remove any content that violates its policies, guidelines, or applicable laws.

Modifications: The company reserves the right to modify or terminate the rewards program, including these terms and conditions, at any time without prior notice. Users are advised to review the most current version of the T&C periodically.

By participating in the rewards program, users acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions, and any violation may result in disqualification from the program and forfeiture of rewards.

Giveaway Winner Product Pickup Terms and Conditions:

By participating in our Instagram, Facebook or any other social media giveaway, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding the pickup of the giveaway product:

§  Product Pickup Location: The giveaway product can only be picked up from our office located in Dubai

§  No delivery option is available for giveaway products, as they are provided free of charge and not purchased.

§  Winner Responsibility: If you are announced as the winner of the giveaway, it is your responsibility to arrange and cover any transportation or associated costs required to pick up the product from our Dubai office.

§  Pickup Window: You must pick up the giveaway product within 7days of being announced as the winner. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of your prize.

§  Identification: To claim the giveaway product, you will be required to provide valid photo identification, such as a government-issued ID or passport, to confirm your identity.

§  Appointment Required: Prior to your visit, you must contact us to schedule a suitable pickup date and time. Walk-in pickups may not be accommodated.

§  Authorized Pickup: If you are unable to personally pick up the giveaway product, you may authorize a representative to do so on your behalf. In such cases, the authorized representative must present a signed authorization letter from you, along with a copy of your identification.

§  No Replacements: Giveaway products are provided as-is, and no replacements or exchanges will be offered for any reason, including product defects or damages that occur after pickup.

By participating in the giveaway and accepting these terms and conditions, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the above-stated pickup requirements. Failure to adhere to these conditions may result in the forfeiture of your prize.
